Gidran is one of our best sellers. The open welt, T-shaped design is stylish and comfortable. It is all handmade from start to finish. The upper is made from crust and dyed calf leather brushed and treated with carnauba natural waxes. The inner lining is from soft calf leather with a sturdy sole which is made using the blake-stitched methods by our experienced craftsmen.   

The pair comes in a black and waxed with natural oils to seal the dye and give it a fine finish.

Tribute to Gidran Horses

The Gidran, Gidrán, or Hungarian Anglo-Arab is a horse breed. It is an endangered breed, with only about 200 living representatives worldwide. They have well-shaped crest and small ears. The breed tends to have a long back and large eyes. The Gidran is a very muscular and powerful horse.

At Buzkash, we pay tribute to the beautiful horse breed that is endangered today, and thus we have named our most beautiful traditional footwear as Gidran to serve as a reminder to acknowledge the beauty of Gidran.
