At Buzkash, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our leather jackets, footwear, bags, and backpacks. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 working days from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unaltered

Be in the same condition as received

Include original tags and packaging

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.
Footwear (Shoes & Boots)

Footwear must be tried on indoors only, preferably on carpet or a cushioned surface

Shoes must be free from scuffs, scratches, sole marks, or wear

Worn or damaged footwear is not eligible for return or refund
Leather Jackets, Bags & Backpacks

Must be returned in unused condition

Items showing creases, scratches, stains, odors, or other signs of use will not be accepted
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs apply on both sides

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at sales@buzkash.com within 14 working days of delivery.
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email sales@buzkash.com. Exchange instructions will be provided upon approval.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item once approved
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the purchaser:

The refund will be issued to the original buyer, who will be notified of the return
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
